Printable Apple Activities For Preschoolers
It’s the beautiful time of the year-Fall when we enjoy eating lots of crunchy apple varieties. We also do some apple picking on the farm and bake yummy apple pies.
This time I have created lots of apple theme activities for the kids to enjoy and compiled them into an Apple Busy Book.

Apple Busy Book
This Apple busy book that includes 25+ pages of apple theme pre k activities is the perfect Apple unit study resource for the preschool curriculum. This Apple printable for kids makes a great addition to your Montessori and homeschool material. Some of the pages can be used as fall activities for toddlers. Below are apple-themed printable activities that can be enjoyed in the autumn season by toddlers, preschoolers, and kindergarten.
Apple unit study activities
- The anatomy of an apple is a label-matching activity to learn the parts of an apple
- There are lots of different apple varieties in the world. However, I have included the most common apple varieties found in the grocery store for kids to recognize and learn them.
- How does an apple grow? The apple growth stages are outlined in the cycle for kids to learn how it starts from a seed and becomes a delicious crunchy apple!
Apple Alphabet activities for toddlers, preschoolers, and kindergarten
- Apple alphabet matching activity requires preschoolers to match lowercase letters with the uppercase alphabet.
- Build-the-word ‘Apple’ puzzle is a fun activity to learn and spell the word.
Apple theme writing activities for toddlers, preschoolers, and kindergarten
- This apple theme prewriting activity will help toddlers improve pencil grip while writing
- A for apple is the first thing that a kid learns in preschool. This fun writing activity will help kids reinforce and improve their writing of the letter ‘a’.
- I have included 5 build-the-words activities for kids to learn how to read, spell and write the words.
Apple Math Activities for Kids
- Match numbers 1-10 on beautiful yellow apples activity will help toddlers to learn numbers.
- Preschoolers will love this activity of counting apples on the apple tree.
- Sort the apple on the basket by color (i.e. red, green, and yellow) activity can be enjoyed by kids to learn sorting skills and color recognition.
- Match the beautiful apple theme shapes activity is perfect for toddlers to learn different kinds of shapes
- Sort the large, medium, and small green apples by size on the truck – this activity is fun for kids and will teach them about sizes and help them improve cognitive skills.
- Complete the pattern activity requires preschoolers to predict the pattern by color.
